Poland – Obligation to submit information on gambling – IGH-1 form

The Ministry of Finance published a reminder of the obligation to submit an IGH-1 form (for the first quarter of 2019), which expires on April 23rd, 2019. This is information submitted by entities arranging and operating in the field of gambling.

As explained by the Ministry of Finance on its website, in accordance with the requirement set out in art. 79 paragraph 1 and 2 of the Gambling Act, entities organizing and operating in the field of gambling should submit information on their functioning for the first quarter of 2019 by April 23rd, 2019, respectively by completing the IGH-1 form (Information on the functioning of the entity organizing and operating in the field of gambling).

Submission of the above information may also take place by means of electronic communication. In order to facilitate the fulfillment of this obligation, an interactive IGH-1 form with an IGH / 1A appendix and an information brochure for their application are available on the Ministry of Finance website at https://www.podatki.gov.pl/e-deklaracje/inne-podatki/.

In order to send data via the above-mentioned form for the e-Deklaracje system, it is necessary to install in the system free components described in Chapter 2. instructions for the use of interactive forms, available on the Ministry of Finance website at https://www.podatki.gov.pl/e-deklaracje/wtyczka-do-podpisywania-i-przesylania-danych-xml-z-interaktywnych-formularzy-pdf/.

The e-Deklaracje system accepts electronic documents containing data described by the electronic document IGH-1 (1) number 2018/07/18/5597, published on July 18th, 2018 in CRWDE ePUAP ( http://epuap.gov.pl/wps/portal/strefa-urzednika/inne-systemy/crwde).
