Tourist cluster Raushen, which is part of the Russian federal program for tourism development, is being expanded. It will embrace all Kaliningrad’s regional municipalities located by the seaside, including Yantarnaya gambling zone.
The Federal Agency for Tourism (Rosturizm) took part in the taking of the decision. Apart from the Integrated Entertainment Resort, the cluster is expected to include such towns as Yantarnoye, Svetlogorsk, Zelenogradsk, Baltiysk, Otradnoye, and Pionersky.
1.4 billion were allocated for the project from the State budget and 2.4 billion were raised thanks to private investors. The envisioned proportion between state and private investments is 1\3, and the regional government states that this condition is fulfilled.
Currently, Integrated Entertainment Resort Yantarnaya has two functional gambling houses. Initially, Magic Crystal slot machines hall was constructed and later Sobranie casino and hotel complex was opened.
