Resident of the gambling zone, Asian company Naga Corp Ltd intends to finish the installation of the pile field for the hotel by the middle of spring.
Full Naga Vladivostok project involves creating a hotel resort with a casino and a conference hall.
The work on this project started in November 2017. After the delivery of the pile field (supposedly in mid-April), the construction of casino and conference hall premises is planned.
According to technical documentation, Naga Vladivostok is an eleven-story building with 279 hotel rooms, as well as a casino and a conference hall. The object has 55 thousand square meters allocated for it.
