Daniel Dvoress has won Event #48: $1,500 MILLIONAIRE MAKER on GGPoker for a massive score of $1,489,289! The Canadian high roller, one of the most accomplished players without WSOP gold with over $15M in winnings on his Hendon Mob, defeated a 6,299-player field to capture his maiden bracelet.
Russia’s Anatoly “Mr_Deer” Filatov completed the podium and received $772,251 for finishing third. Aneris “TaiwanNumba1” Adomkevicius from Latvia and Tomasz “SushiJanushi” Cybulski from Poland entered the top ten list as well.
Although the GGPoker event was the online version, the Millionaire Maker is one of the most popular annual World Series of Poker tournaments. In 2013, the 6,343-player field became the largest non-WSOP Main Event field in live tournament history. That record was crushed in 2015 when the $565 WSOP Colossus hit 22,374, and then again in 2019 when 28,371 entries competed in the WSOP $500 Big 50.
Final table results are as follows:
|2||Caio De Almeida||Brazil||$1,072,428|
|6||Neville Endo Costa||Brazil||$288,356|
