The Regulation on the Order of Examination of Slot Machine Models was approved by Decree No. 137 of the Council of Ministers of Belarus of February 28, 2019. The news is published on BelTA with the reference to the government website.
Examinations will be conducted on a contractual basis by the Belarusian State Institute of Standardization and Certification. The period for conducting the examination shall not exceed 90 days for one model of slot machine from the date of commencement of work.
Moreover, slot machines and software requirements were approved, according to which slot machine models are included in the State Register, and slot machines of these models can be used in Belarus. The list of documents for testing, as well as the provision on the procedure for maintaining the state register of slot machine models approved for operating in Belarus has been determined.
The resolution was adopted in accordance with the decree of August 7, 2018 No. 305 “On improving the legal regulation of the gambling business.” The document comes into force on April 1.
